Masks are OPTIONAL.
However, If you require the massage therapist to wear a mask, or if you choose to wear a mask during the massage session. no questions will be asked. I just want everyone to be comfortable.
If you are not feeling well, please reschedule. If the therapist is not feeling well your session will be rescheduled.
Covid-19 Questions based on the Ministry of Health.
Have you had close contact with anyone with acute respiratory illness or travelled outside Canada in the past 14 days?
Have you tested positive fo COVID-19 in the past 10 days or have you been told you should be isolating?
Have you had a confirmed case of COVID-19 or had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 without wearing proper PPE?
Do you have any of the following symptoms:
If you are 70 years or older, are you experiencing any of the following symptoms; delirium, unexplained or increased number of falls, acute functional decline, or worsening of chronic conditions?
If you have answered NO, you may enter the premises. Please wait until your scheduled appointment time to enter and do not bring anyone with you as we are limiting the number of clients in our building.
There will be hand sanitizer or your use just inside the door and a sign-in sheet for tracking.
Please note: you MUST wear a CLEAN, DRY FACE MASK (disposable or cloth) before entering the building. If you need one I can supply one.
If you answered YES to any of the screening questions or refuse to answer, then you have failed the screening and cannot enter the building. Please consider rescheduling your appointment for at least another 14 days.
With Ontario's Provincial Emergency and Stay-at-Home order in effect, should I be continuing my Massage treatment?
Ontarians should be staying at home with the exception of essential trips like picking up groceries or going to medical appointments.
